Welcome to the Harley House Surgery Website

The original house was built in 1898, and was run as a hotel for many years. In 1990, the building was converted to provide spacious Surgery premises. The Surgery is accessible for wheelchairs and has parking for patients.

Through this new website we hope to improve our services to all our patients and enable you to find the information required at the click of a mouse.  You can order repeat prescriptions online, download registration forms, cancel existing appointments, change your name and address and much more.

You can find out information about medical conditions and diseases through our patient information leaflets as well as keep up to date with all the latest practice news and developments.  You can also allow the nurses to collect travel information by using the Travel Form
