Seeing the Doctor
Surgeries are by appointment and we are open 08:15 to 18:00 (Mon-Fri) There are also book ahead appointments available on Tuesday evenings 18:30 until 20:30. These sessions are for pre-booked appointments only. We are not able to take telephone calls or issue repeat prescriptions during this time.

Our telephone lines open at 08:00 on weekdays. We have appointments available every day to be booked on that day. There are also appointments with all clinicians available up to two weeks in advance for doctors and more than two weeks in advance for nurses and other health care workers.
Medical emergencies are always fitted in. You are welcome to book an appointment with any Doctor you choose. Appointments are usually booked at ten-minute intervals. If you want a longer appointment please ask the Receptionist.
Availability
Surgery times vary throughout the working day.If for any reason you are unable to attend an appointment please contact the surgery to cancel it. We have hundreds of Doctor and Nurse hours lost per year due to patients just not turning up for their appointment. Regular abuse of our appointments system could lead to removal from the Practice list.
